TruCare QLD — Wayne Ramm, Director & Founder

Wayne Ramm is the Director and Founder of TruCare QLD, bringing over a decade of senior leadership across disability, mental health, forensic, and complex support services. His background includes extensive experience within the Northern Territory Government Forensic Disability Unit and the mental health sector, supporting individuals with high-risk, forensic, and complex psychosocial needs. This foundation has strengthened his expertise in trauma-informed practice, risk management, and delivering safe, structured, and outcomes-driven supports. Wayne also has extensive experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL), disability operations, and remote community services, with a strong focus on culturally responsive and inclusive practice. Holding a Diploma in Community Services (Case Management), he combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic oversight to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. As Founder, Wayne leads TruCare QLD with a clear focus on empowering individuals to achieve independence through consistent, reliable, and outcomes-focused support.
