Wayne Ramm is the Founder and Director of TruCare QLD and brings extensive experience across the disability, mental health, and community services sectors. His professional background includes leadership roles responsible for overseeing disability support services, supported accommodation programs, and community-based supports within established organisations.

Throughout his career, Wayne has developed strong expertise in service delivery, participant-focused care, and operational leadership within complex support environments. His work has included managing Supported Independent Living environments, contributing to disability service operations within large providers, and working within forensic mental health settings in the Northern Territory.

Wayne’s experience living and working in remote regions of the Northern Territory for more than a decade has also provided him with valuable insight into supporting individuals from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities, enabling services to be delivered with cultural awareness and respect for individual identity and background.

He holds a Diploma in Community Services (Case Management) and brings additional experience in business and hospitality management, having worked both within Australia and internationally. This diverse background contributes to his practical leadership style and strong focus on service quality, operational integrity, and participant outcomes.

As Director of TruCare QLD, Wayne leads the organisation with a clear and consistent vision: to build a service that delivers genuine results for participants by maintaining high professional standards, strong accountability, and a commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and greater independence.
